How To Pay With A Credit Card

Details for payment by credit card

The transaction takes place in the server of the bank and not on our website. The reason for this is to ensure maximum security for the credit card data provided.

Payment by PayPal. Click on “Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest”. In PayPal you can pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or with your PayPal account if you already have one.

The information you must complete:

A. the number of your credit card

B. Expiration Date in the format MMYY (month – year), for example 0714 if your card expires on 07 – 2014 (July 2014).

C. The CVC2 or CVV2 number, which is a 3 digits verification number printed on the back side of your credit card, on the right side of the signature strip.

That’s it!!! You’re done.
You will automatically receive a booking confirmation email and a voucher with all details and meeting instruction.

Please note that a card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts:

4.00%  American Express, MasterCard, and Visa through Pay Pal. (appears as Tax on Pay Pal’s receipt).

American Express refunds will be less 3.30% as American Express keep the credit card fee, all other card companies refund the fee.

Important Note:

If the amount you want to pay through a credit card is more than 500€ it can be that the credit card system will not allow it through. There are several reasons for that. One of the reasons is that your Bank and credit card gave you for security reason the amount 500€ maximum per transaction. In this case please proceed to the booking and choose deposit payment. After that if you want to pay the balance with your credit card please click on Secure Payment and pay the balance in transaction no more that 500€. If you still have a problem please do not hesitate to contact us!

Remember….

Ensure flight details are correct for flight monitoring purposes – We will monitor your flight arrival based on the information you have entered.

Ensure your email address is correct – We send your confirmation email and your voucher (this is your ticket) to the email address you have entered on the booking form.

Please add a valid mobile telephone number – Although not a precondition, it is advised to include a mobile telephone number in your booking form. In cases of long delays, incorrect arrival info, etc, we will try to reach you on this number to arrange pick up.

We do not impose baggage restrictions as we are a very customer friendly company, you are however asked to be realistic about the amount of luggage that will fit in

a standard sized trunk. If you feel you may need a bigger vehicle, no problem at all. Book a larger vehicle or consult our engine and you will be advised automatically for the right vehicle.

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an instant confirmation email and a voucher.  Please check your voucher and print or note important details – Carry these details with you when traveling.  Take extra care to note our emergency number, you can find on your voucher.
